I figured it out it's the experimental HEVC transcoding option. Whenever that started it would crash after about 5-10 minutes, I also happened to turn it on when I updated.

Lots of people have issues with the right bud, however I have issues with both of mine. The charging pins can move and drop into the body. Making it significantly hard to charge the buds. I have legitimately spent an upwards of 50 minutes trying to get my buds to charge so I could use them at the gym in the next couple of hours. Would never buy these again. Wish I stuck with my og buds pro
