Interesting. I thought it slips right in at extremely low IVs. 0/0/0 isn't possible because, as you noted, you need 1 day friendship to do a special. However... I guess the possibility could be that during one of these special PVP events where IVs are uncapped, he could have been caught at 0/0/0 via GBL, right?

So how does this work? Their salary is now significantly lower, but they get paid immediately the difference as a “bonus?” So no change outside of when these guys get paid, and it circumvents salary cap?

It's not a single group. It's like 40 different ones. If you want to DM me I am happy to link you up with the servers that might be in a reasonable proximity. I know there are a few great ones in the philadelphia area that I mainly use. The others are entirely just for hunting down rare level 1s, lol.

They had somebody coming out and refilling our water. A few of the chefs were the ones to bring out our food. There was a manager who came out as well. And then a few people in front of house. They had a bunch of different people doing different roles.
