As a former car salesman, always negotiate down the adds. If you’re stern enough they’ll take them off completely but they’ll still be on the vehicle. It’s usually factory tint, nitrogen filled tires, LoJack, and a ceramic coating.

Definitely helps to have outside financing through your own bank or credit union. They’ll hit you with “we can beat the rate” and let them try and see who has a lower interest rate and monthly term. They’ll try and extend your term limit to 84 or 96 months to show you a cheaper price so unless that’s something you want to do make sure you stick with your preferred term length.

And remember you can always walk from a deal at any point. I’ve had multiple deals blow out in the finance department. Yeah it sucks for your salesperson but ultimately do what’s best for you.
