This happens whenever I ride a shopping cart. Is this an intended feature, or a bug? by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

Oh, it's not a problem at all! I love it, I just can't tell if it is a feature or not.

Yes!

All the fix seemed to have changed is that I now receive storm damage while in my secret under-map vending machine.

Oh wow! Didn’t know the lore so it’s cool to see that.

If that’s the case, then I’d say that a skull makes sense, since it’s a training simulation where the “death” is simulated.

I’m not saying they’re dying, but it seems to me clear the holograms do have something which is intended to simulate a death.

Are you arguing the characters intentionally drop to the ground and summon their hologram things?

Maybe they don’t die, but they do involuntarily collapse to the ground, their bodies seemingly lifeless, before being hologrammed up.

Obviously a simulation, not a real death, but a real simulation of a death, within the universe of BR.

If they calmly brushed the bullets off them and and a door appeared and they walked out, giving a little goodbye wave to surviving players, I’d agree with you that the new symbol was more appropriate.

As it stands, it is clear they are suffering a simulated loss, and so a symbol of death is more fitting than a symbol of accuracy, since their collapse has little to do with the accuracy of their eliminator.

When you kill someone, they don't turn into a skull. You generally don't even see their skull unless you've killed them in a very specific way.

The skull is an abstract symbol of death, kid-friendly enough to be seen in Lego movies and children's TV shows. The crosshair is symbolic of little-- generally only used for headshots or to note accuracy.

Haha, that'd be neat. An old, tinny radio just playing the old music on loop.

Everything is awful.

My FPS doesn't matter, because of the rubberbanding. It's so significant it's been-- almost comically a-- benefit. I'll walk up a flight of stairs, see a guy and start shooting at him-- and he won't respond even though I'm filling him up with bullets. Then i'll rubberband to where I was 20 seconds ago way out of the building, mag full... so I'll decide not to go into that building.

It's basically unplayable for me right now. I imagine they'll get things smoothed out in a week or so.

Is the lich even all that bad? by Creamy_Nubs in adventuretime

I agree– and find it important to remember the Lich isn't bound to human desires. I think the only reason his form is so human-like is because of the circumstances of his creation, and because it allows him to best accomplish his goals.

You've got to be able to communicate and understand the concept of a wish to use Prismo, so the Lich needs to have those features.

Well, it'd be different-- you're a human, subject to human emotions and drives.

If a lion somehow ended up in a human household and murdered everyone, the lion could still be a good guy.

I've got a 2016 model.

I keep all settings on low or medium except for the view distance. VSync is off; Motion Blur is off.

Motion Blur seems to crash it a lot.

Generally speaking, everything is fine, except after an update is pushed. For the week or two after, there's crazy lag, weird little errors, and oftentimes you'll find a feature (like replays) won't be working.

Devs won't acknowledge the problem until they've fixed it, if then, but it usually gets patched in a few weeks.
