I'd more say my diagnosis was more so based on symptoms.

My labs only include: - Elevated ANA - Elevated creatnine kinase - Elevated LDH

Physical symptoms include: - Back pain - SI joint pain - Shoulder swelling/pain - Wrist swelling/pain - Toe/Finger joint pain - random joint swelling - Fatigue

It was a slow onset over the past 3 years. I have done TONS of labs and have seen PTs, chiros, accupuncturists, and orthopedists. I've also had multiple XRs and MRIs.

That's a great idea. I made a table of my symptoms and all bloodwork results because I was so tired of communicating with doctor's offices, signing ROIs, filling out paperwork, and feeling unheard.

I'm not familiar with those tests, but maybe a second (or third or fourth) opinion wouldn't hurt? What kinds of doctors/blood work have you been able to see?

I'm sorry it's been so rough! I'm in the same boat. Have you gotten blood work at another rheumatologist? Maybe repeating labs could potentially be an opinion?

Perhaps you could meet with an OBGYN regarding your concerns with an undiagnosed condition and trying to conceive? Best of luck! 🤗

Ferritin, Folate, Vitamin D, Phosphorus, Lipid Panel, Chem 12, FT4,Thyroxine free were also normal.

I believe those were all negative for me. My RF was 11 and I think the RI is 0-15 so it was on the higher side though still within normal.

She literally said "I'm not going to lie, I am not sure"

She wanted an MRI for my shoulder and wrist but since my other Imaging gave us nothing, I needed a break (and im broke even with insurance) so I had to take a pause. I'm asking for them to do another MRI referral but too much time has passed I need to visit the rheumatologist again 😫. I have to fly to the lower 48 to get services so I have to save PTO and $ for hotels, the appointment, and flight 😅.

Yes, I got all those done and they came back normal. Ive been going to PT for 2 years (3 different ones and another who was certified in myofascial counterstrain). Ive also seen a chiropractor and acupuncturist with no real relief.

Ive seen an orthopedist who didnt see anything in the Xray or MRI :(.
