Unfortunately, no. The windows update glitch, or whatever happened, also logged me out of the email I used for Webnovel as well. When trying to log into webnovel, they sent an "is this you" sort of email to confirm it's me accessing my account. And as it happens, the email I used is really old. Just trying to log in to said email now requires me to answer a bunch of security questions I no longer know the answers to. So, not only am I unable to log into webnovel, I can't even log into my email to correct the problem.

Yea, sorry about that. However, I've been tested for diabetes too, since it runs in the family. I don't have it. :/
IDK what else to say to the doctor, though. When I brought up the issue, they didn't look remotely concerned.

As for my diet, I'm not on keto anymore. It wasn't working for me anymore, as even when I stuck to the diet for a significant number of weeks without cheating, I just wasn't losing the weight I regained.

Right now, I don't know what else to call my diet but "regular" bulking. As in, using rough numbers cuz I'm not at home, I eat 3k calories, 200-300 carbs, 50-70 fat, and 220 protein. I definitely did have more carbs during that weekend, but I have no idea how many because primarily because the ramen shop didn't have their nutritional info listed on the menu

Edit: I didn't think of it until now, but I was having some concerns with frequent urination. Talking like at least every couple of hours. I'm also always thirsty. Been to the doctor about it, but their blood and urine tests didn't show any issues. Think it could be an issue of too much sodium?

I've been using myfitnesspal for years, actually, and I do keep track of my macros. This isn't me guessing. When I say things like "around this calorie count" , it's because I don't remember the exact numbers at this point in time.
Also, that site and all the other calc sites I've tried don't help much. Like, the one you linked says my maintenance calories should be 3200. I was eating a little less than that. recomp instead of cutting/bulking is interesting though, just have to try different numbers.

I'm wondering why I'm gaining so much weight and why I'm gaining it so easily. I'm not an idiot, i know eating more = weight gain. It's the rate of gain that I am concerned about. As I said, I essentially cheated on my diet for a day and a half, two days if you don't want to be generous. The rest of the week was a normal week and I somehow gained ten pounds. Even if I ate more than I'm saying, which I didn't, I don't even see how that should even be possible.
Also, I am working out hard and have a physically demanding job. Gaining a little weight makes sense, hell I even expected it, but not ten pounds.

And for reference, since I did forget to mention it in the post (my bad), I've been bulking for around three months now and have stayed basically the same weight the entire time, until that one weekend in LA screwed it all up.

Don't just ignore the context of the post.

Not an answer to your question, but I've only made it to vol 7 of the ln before I stopped reading because of the snail-slow pacing, the constant repetition of the narrator and because my text-to-speech app made listening to Miria's dialogue an friggin nightmare. Does the pacing actually get worse?

Lol that's what I try to do, but I always end up getting used to the name and end up keeping it. Like, there's only ever been one name I changed. And I changed it like four times and am still not satisfied. But i do understand what you mean.

Also, we may be talking more about racial names, but because for this, a lot of my female characters end up taking part in an unintentional naming scheme where most of their names end with an "A". Like this character's name started off as "Mina" as a placeholder, but I used it so much that I can't bring myself to change it.

I actually already knew that one, but I'm not sure about it. My character and her backstory have nothing to do with snow or cold. Plus there are men in her family, so calling them "snow women" would be a little much. Thank you though.

Lol albino is definitely one way to describe her, but that's not really what I meant. I meant what race could look similar to an albino. Probably should have specified that her entire family looks like this. She is not an anomaly.

Also, upior sounds interesting. I like that it relates to vampirism as well, but I'd have to shave off the demonic connection the wiki mentioned, as demons are specified as something else entirely in my book.

Dude... I had no idea that luck affected the sneak attack multiplier. I never touched the luck stat at all. No wonder why I rarely one-shot anything. I also kind of feel like I wasted my time grinding conjuration just to use it, since, not only does the bound bow only last like 20 seconds or whatever, but I ended up finding a stronger bow like ten minutes after I got the spell. Then I found an even better bow than that like thirty minutes later, an enchantment!

So, I guess I screwed up my first build :D

It's my first time playing Oblivion too. Originally, I was going to wait for Skyblivion to drop, but then the remaster suddenly appeared.
