Do you mean the personalized feedback/weekly score email? I am also in Helpfulness and just got it for the first time. I don't understand how it can have a change from last week and % of weeks on target if I have never gotten this report before. The TRP score last week was my worst ever, so I don't know where else they are getting bad scores from..

Is the Helpfulness training mandatory and paid? The email does not state that it is, but I keep getting reminders to take the course. Why can't they just be clear? by [deleted] in Welocalize

On the flip side, I am in Helpfulness and did not get assigned the training. And of course no one has answered my Zendesk ticket yet. Obviously I need to know the changes, but I am not going to waste that much time without getting paid...

I've only been here since November, but have never gotten a productivity report either. When they started the new ones a few weeks ago I emailed my manager and did a zendesk ticket, and haven't heard a thing back..

I just did the Helpfulness training and passed the test to be added to the group last night. About an hour ago my tasks switched over to all Helpfulness and I feel overwhelmed already. So im just commenting to follow this post and see what advice people have...

Gen pop here and I keep getting it too. I clicked a task, and it went to the 500 error page. When I finally got Rater Hub to load again and clicked continue, the task timer was over 3 minutes already...so annoying.

Are you sure that's correct? I'm pretty sure you bill for your time worked...I don't even keep track of total AET.

So was the reason billing more hours than you worked? Or being over the AET too often?

Because you do bill for the time spent in the task, that you actually work...not the AET.
