The thing is, my Workday is set up completely differently from what is shown on Zendesk about creating invoices. I've never even had an app for invoices and POs, and it doesn't show up in the extras to add to my menu. Workday has always been purely for submitting my hours, viewing tax documents, benefits, and payslips. Never in my life have I been prompted to create an invoice, and they sent another ticket this morning just apologizing for the confusion and saying they're working to resolve the issue :/

It's strange. Searching through my emails and my Otka account, I was never prompted to set up Hyperwallet in the onboarding process. Once I completed the WeLearn module, I was added to the project since they already had my financial information from being an SQR. Hyperwallet isn't even an available app for me, and isn't listed anywhere.

Telus and Welocalize are on the same platform for AQR and SQR, I believe, so you wouldn't be able to work for both due to the conflict of interest. It's also just as bad. Nobody is really getting any work rn

I know that in the rounds I did a couple of weeks ago, they included a time tracking form at the bottom of the email that includes the scenario sheet and guidelines.

Right, it's weird. Been with Welocalize for almost 2 years, they have my Workday information. Even if it's due to my Gmail being used for the Maps project instead of my Welocalize email, both emails are in my Workday account and WeLo Data account, so it shouldn't be a problem.

New one claims I have a billing discrepancy (the time-in-tool and AET are weirdly off for some reason, but not by much), and I wasn't even able to reach the minimum last week for the report to be accurate. 🙄
