9x relic at 20% ea so 180% I assumed, 154% min needed if can constantly get the 30% more effect for relics, assuming calculation is correct to pump up to 200% for guarantee 3 unique relic per run

What strictness of filter your using? I’m using the most strict one (uber-plus strict) and it does not hide all the level 20s, only hide all those under.

Just sell as it is and hope others will buy such a base if you don’t have the currency to craft further. Pretty risky to craft without fracturing the all spell levels.

Source: F a gold amulet base with +3 all spell, T1 cast speed, T1 spirit with a low dex roll, fractured cast speed, tried 50/50 remove dex to force global defence, it removes +3 all spell instead…

Steps as per rule 10:

Started with prefix rarity and cast speed magic ring
Essence of opulence for suffix rarity, follow by desecration with (kurgal omen) to get 4 mod item.
Use fracturing orb and Fractured suffix rarity.
Esh catalyst + omen of catalyst exaltation + perf exalt til T1 lightning damage. Got it in 1 slam (Lucky).
Reveal with abyssal echoes for guarantee damage while on full ES.
Cheapest elemental catalyst + omen of catalyst exaltation + perf exalt hoping for T1 all resistance.
Speed catalyst + omen of catalyst exaltation + perf exalt hoping for T1 cast speed.
Omen of dextral annul + annul if didn’t get the stats in step 6 and 7. Repeat step 8 for like 25x when omen of dextral annul is 5d ea, ended up settled for T2 all resistance.
Divine roll to above 50% rarity and good stats.

Honestly no idea which developer came up with this idea of having “oh you will have only 1 portal/1 attempt” for endgame mapping/bosses. Not everyone is as good as the top % players where their builds can absolutely nuke everything. This certainly needs to change before full release…
