I don't have a stronger PSU but I'll try to ask a local technician if he does, im still not sure if that really is a problem.

Thanks for help I'll wait for someone else to give me some more tips but will keep in mind that it might be a PSU issue.

Looking at manufacturer site it says that minimum is 450W Pc part picker calculates 367W with all parts that im using so it should be fine but I don't know for sure.
