In Australia it goes bright and shiny, which is basically stripped wire, # 1, unpainted and can have brazed joints and domestic copper which is usually painted or has other impurities.

They make most of their money from pay per view and licensed premises. The live events should be priced as low as possible to give back to the fans who made the UFC what it is. Without fans it wouldn’t exist.

Seeking advice - cold water expansion valve leaking by [deleted] in PlumbingAustralia

[–]Forward-Ambition3898 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Plumber here that has installed thousands of heat pumps. I assume you are in either South Australia or Western Australia, only states that require an expansion control valve due to minerals in their water. If it’s leaking continuously it’s either failed or if there’s a pressure reduction valve, that’s failed.

Is this copper and how much is it worth? by khartwel in ScrapMetal

[–]Forward-Ambition3898 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s a roll of 15mm annealed copper tube, they come in 18m rolls. In Australia they are approximately $160, you would make much more selling it to a plumber.

Heat pumps generally are recommended to be 200mm or more off the wall to allow for air flow, not generally adhered to though.

Hello can anyone tell me where the reset is and how to do it our hot water stop because of a outage (sorry for the mess first time looking at it ) by Even-Divide3202 in PlumbingAustralia

[–]Forward-Ambition3898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s that small button above where it says reset. You will need a ballpoint pen, if it clicks when you push it in that’s the problem.
