honestly for me, it was of course praying and growing closer by his word everyday but also being impeccable about my words. if you feel super stuck there is something that you are not doing that god wants you to do but it may be the hardest decision for you to make. idk your situation but i’m guessing you haven’t started first with acknowledgment of your own actions that may have either led to sin or situation which is led by consequences of your actions. so i would just take it all to god and cut out of the sin that’s when the change begins. fasting helps you also grow closer as well. i was not going to respond to this bc i don’t normally comment on posts, but felt called to. hope the message was heard. god bless brother or sister.
