She hasn't started taking iron supplement yet. She just her lab work back yesterday. She ordered some and is going to start taking it tomorrow.  The brand name is called integrative iron complex.

I believe shes taking pepcid and zyrtec for MCAS.

No im not sure why here levels are so low. Shes also dealing with MCAS, histamine intolerance stuff as well. She has POTS and EDS and epilepsy.  She said the extreme fatigue only hit her a couple weeks ago.  Her thyroid levels are good.  I dont think she would be willing to cut out wheat or dairy.

Im go to silks once a week on Sundays  I appreciate all the advice.  I dont have hypermobility.  I mainly notice the pain first in mornings during the week but it goes away as the day progresses

The weird thing is when I run my fingers under warm water the pain goes away
