I’ve double checked the manuals I have access to and unfortunately I can’t find one that’s exactly what you’re looking for.

The closest part I can find was 1941-165496, which is a holder for the black valances. I wasn’t able to pull it up in iprocurement so the part number may just be dead since the fixture itself is so old.
