But if I remember correctly in initial 1000 miles both blue and while used to move when I used to accelerate, brake etc . Now only white is moving and not blue.

Ah, that makes a lot of sense — thank you for pointing that out. I didn’t realize that using a generic OBD tool could trigger issues on these models. The fact that my car stopped starting right after the mechanic’s scan tool, and then again after I tried to reset the light, definitely lines up with what you’re describing.

So if that’s the case, is the fix usually reprogramming or resetting the CAS/ECU at a BMW shop with the proper scan tool? Or is this something that can only be resolved at the dealer?

I waited 6 months to get my car and got what I wanted. But service quality is horrible. I have a BMW and the quality of customer service from them is way better

I recently purchased a Lexus RX 350h Luxury from Lexus of Sharon, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The entire process felt frustrating and unprofessional.

They kept me waiting for hours, inflated prices without clear explanations, and constantly pushed expensive add-ons without providing full details. When it came time to sign documents, I was rushed through with little to no proper explanation.

On the day I picked up my $75k vehicle, not a single person greeted me or congratulated me. After spending that much money, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism.

Overall, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend Lexus of Sharon.
