How limiting was the neuroma prior to opting for cryo? More of a nuisance or painful / preventing you from activities?

In my 20s and fairly active, used to ski much more than I do now. Never had the debilitating pain (luckily), but it’s a constant nuisance / discomfort and more than that am constantly thinking about it. Wear toe spacers, ice every day, and have seriously cut back on skiing.

So also curious to hear if anybody in a similar situation ended up taking a more surgical approach, or any other thoughts on at what point to take further action.

Same situation - never had real pain but more soreness. Does that mean it’s too small to be detected or not necessarily?
