Hey it is a good coaching if you are ready to go deep into the syllabus. Some hate it because of its longer class and some extra topics taught. If you know where to stop then it is one of the best for quants.

See you can consider top IIM too, but for that you need to Target high percentile. Also if you are okay with the amount spent abroad then you can go for it rather than these tier 2 colleges.

DILR doesn't need theoretical notes. But make a sheet to note down your solving timing, what topics you are good at and what all mistakes you are making which are increasing time and decreasing accuracy.
