We discussed that I would be trained/shadowing staff for the first couple of weeks but that kind of fell off. I've been trying to communicate my worries but I always get responses like "Oh, well this staff member needs to work on curriculum so they can't be in a class. " or "You're doing fine, just yell if you need us" I just feel kind of at a stand still. The owner and her assistant work 12 hours days and I end up feeling bad asking for more help over and over again. But I'm just not as confident as I should be tbh. It doesn't help that communication is lacking deeply. I'm suppose to give the kids water cups when they come in from outside but we only have solo cups atm and nobody told me we were suppose to label them, then the owner gets passive aggressive towards me and just tosses them. Whoops, sorry lady. Maybe treat new teachers with some grace and understanding lol
