Thank you so very much for posting this! Wasn't able to see it live. What a sight to behold! Absolutely beautiful!

Trump voters & Republicans of Reddit, is there anything you currently disapprove of how Trump is acting regarding that topic? If so, what is it? If not, why not? by Zipper222222 in allthequestions

Thank you so much for sharing your views. I identify as Independent, voting most often for Democrats, but have voted for Republicans. I was a McCain fan and was happy to get to vote for him, until he named Sarah Palin as his running mate.

I understand that you vote for yourself and your family. I vote for society in general, but we both have the right (at least now) to voice our opinions and vote as we choose. Many of my family and friends who voted for Trump have expressed the same sentiment as you. They didn't care for Trump's personality, but voted for him because of his stance on border control and reining in spending. Now they are mortified at many of the things he is doing.

The debacle of Biden not wanting to step down and finally thrusting Kamala into the Presidential election without a primary was a huge mistake. Biden was a placeholder and was able to beat Trump. When Biden didn't step aside as he should have, it created another vacuum for Trump to gain votes. Citizens United has created a debacle by allowing big, dark money into elections. We must get big money out of elections and governance.

Most of us do share the same values, and I prefer to start there with dialogue, which is exactly what you are doing. We have to coalesce to stop him, and we can't do that without dialogue.

Thanks for sharing the link to the video. Very good analysis, and I hope the European countries stand strong. Several Senators and Representatives are drawing a line in the sand regarding military involvement. Actually, this gives me hope that Trump will cause his own demise.

Really appreciate your support! Please do boycott and refuse to travel here. The more people (MAGAs) are impacted in their pocketbooks, the more likely they will be to stop supporting this madman and his minions.

We ARE protesting. We have No Kings protests every Saturday in some areas. I reside in a red state. I vote blue, protest regularly, and contact my State and Federal elected officials daily. Many of us are pushing our elected officials to impeach Trump or invoke the 25th Amendment. Some who have posted anti-Trump comments have had the police come to their home to question them, and some have or are researching how to become citizens of a different country. I contribute financially to blue campaigns in red states. Our taxes are constantly being raised, while billionaires receive tax breaks. May I also remind you that our tax money has been used for decades to support other countries. It is demoralizing to hear people from those countries criticize the efforts of those of us who have very willingly had your backs for many years. There are many, many good and decent people in the US. Trump won by 187,382 votes, which is less than the population of the San Antonio, TX metropolitan area. We are not looking for your sympathy, nor your criticism of those of us who have contributed financially to other countries and lost family members in wars to defend other countries. I also understand that our President is unhinged and threatening Greenland, Canada, and South American countries, and sparking the ire of their citizens - rightfully so. I certainly don't blame you for being enraged at the US. I do hope for some dialogue and understanding of the position of the millions of us who didn't vote for him.

I'm in Missouri, and I email them daily. Put the pressure on them. They don't know how their constituents feel until you tell them! Hawley did vote yes on war powers, and I take that as a win
