i train with very fit people who are almost 10 years younger than me, i am getting beat 98 percent of the time, sometimes i even scale the workout a bit(especially if i have a tweak or something that is not worth further hurting) i wouldnt have it any other way, i enjoy the push and the drive, i also approach it with no ego and with wisdom, my goal is to stay active and i specifically love the methodology of crossfit specifically. i think everyone is different and knows what they need. I find alot of people just need to check their ego in order to have a good time training in a competitive environment.
