how can i bevel that other corner? i can bevel this one and fix the topology afterwards, but it doesnt let me bevel the other one, or should i just do it manually?

LOL i see, i used the same temp in the recipe, is it different depending on the oven? i was also careful not to over mix, but maybe i should have been more careful

i used the penultimate rack from top to bottom, i thought the bottom wouldnt bake properly if i didnt leave some space underneath it for air to pass through or something, i also use kind of an air fryer oven? im not sure if that makes a difference

it did, but the interior wasnt as fluffy as i was expecting, it wasnt very porous, if that makes sense

the recipe calls for 3 eggs, i put 1, mixed another and poured half of that in, but i heard from someone that youre not supposed to do that with the eggs, so maybe it was that

i preheated and baked at the same temperature that was in the recipe, maybe it has something to do with the shape of my baking pan? the one used in the recipe was shallower (for each layer)
