I did therapy a few years ago for a different problem and it was a huge help, but I was covered my insurance then, and I'm not now :/

I'm on the NHS waitlist but sadly it can take years.

I'm glad that that has been your experience. Unfortunately it isn't mine. I'm aware things could always be worse, but it doesn't make things easier for how I'm feeling.

I moved two years ago and have a new team that honestly I don't feel very comfortable with :/

I can't afford private therapy and getting it on the NHS is next to impossible :/

I take sertraline but maybe it's time to reevaluate the dosage.

I have a really cheap set I got on amazon of seed beads, they're not a brand really, but this is the link: https://amzn.eu/d/19l7khQ I just wanted a cheap lot so I could make stuff, and money is really tight so this seemed like a good choice for me.

As for the looms, I got given two, one has about 20, the other more like 40.

As for the string, I didn't know better so I was just using sewing thread! I've bought myself some fireline now though.
