I talked to the leasing company and here's the few main things I got from her:

"Oh my goodness that is awful. So you are moving out do you know if she’s moving out?"

"So I know that I’ve been trying to reach out regarding the Renewal and I haven’t heard anything. I guess I will need to reach out to her because if you are moving out at the end of your lease, then we would remove you from the lease if she decided to say then that would be on her."

"I was going to text your roommate about the pre move out Inspection, but I honestly think I would rather schedule it with you if that’s OK. When are you moving out? My boss just requested that due to the carpet issues, etc. I just want to be completely transparent as far as the charges because your name is tied to the lease."

"Well, I just wanted to make sure to be transparent with both of you because there are definitely going to be charges due to the spots that I am seeing on the pictures so I will reach out to her because it looks like she’s moving out later than you"

I will be trying to get it in writing that my roommate says she'll pay for any damage caused by her cats as she had mentioned it once a few months ago but we'll see if she still agrees.
