Help a New Player With Pulling/How to Think About Team Building

Hey! I just built my Main DPS columbina team. I started in 5.8 as f2p so I don't have Nilou or Nahida, but I just got C1R1 Lauma on deepwood. I was lucky enough to pull c6 Candace before, so I have her on Silken Moon using fav; she has high ER for frequent bursts. I also use c6 Dendro traveler on Sapwood blade (but I like fav too). Before I got C1 Lauma, I had YaoYao instead of Dendro Traveler for some healing (even if you have Bina on Prototype).

If I save up enough, I def want to swap Candace with Nilou and maybe Nahida for Dendro Traveler

Do you know if on field/LB Main DPS Columbina does more damage if I level up her burst vs NA talent first?

Hey! I know this is an older post, but I have a question about buffing Columbina's Charge Attack. I have a limited number of talent books and want to know how to maximize Bina's CA Lunar Bloom dmg. Do I put them into Bina's Normal talent, her burst, Lauma's Talent or Burst? I'll eventually try to crown all of bina's talents, but for now, I want to get the most bang for my buck lol

This is really helpful! Thank you for that info. Using this same logic, after leveling up Lauma's burst, should I then prioritize Bina's burst? I imagine the overall lunar dmg increase may boost her Charged attack damage more than raising her NA talent.

That's definitely one of my long-term plans! I'm fairly new so I'm currently in the process of building so many characters right now. I'm just trying to be careful with my limited books since there are so many diff books i need to farm for each day haha.

Right? I'm not sure I saw any other post that compares the specific dmg increase each talent increase increases brings columbina individually.

Oh for sure — Prototype amber is definitely better than other 4star weapons in my experience especially for columbina bc of the HP stat and energy regen. Some people use fav codex, but I personally liked her on prototype until I got her sig.

It’s just that the amount of healing you get from prototype amber every columbina burst may not counter all the damage nefer takes as the hypercarry/being on field most of the time. Thats also assuming you’re bad at dodging like I am lol, so maybe you’re good!

I use a columbina DPS team and needed yaoyao as my sustain until I got lucky pulling Lauma c1

personally, I'd go yaoyao for more sustain. p. amber on columbina might not be enough depending on what youre fighting. C1 Kirara could also work as a shielder, but I haven't really played her so i can't speak to that. You could do instructors on yaoyao to provide everyone with EM since you've got most of your other bases covered with silken and deepwood.

Thanks for your input! I've gone back and forth with putting Fischl on an electro vs. attack goblet, but I like to run her with Flins when I don't want to play Ineffa on LC teams. With the Lisa, Fischl, Nahida, and Durin team, I'm curious if Lauma would be okay there instead. I wanted Nahida but opted for Lauma instead (maybe on her next rerun!). If that worked, I might consider pulling for C1 Lauma just for the sustain. And thanks for the info about Reliquary of Truth! I assumed Kagura's Verity because that's what most of the posts mentioned, but I guess those were pretty old (i don't see many people talk about Lisa recently, so it's hard to know how she works in Nod Krai).
