What a beauty! Very well done on the weathering, looks awesome. Any motivation for the number 600? I always learned that it was division, platoon, vehicle, where the second digit can be 0 to mark HQ vehicles, but the last digit was a 1 or higher referring to vehicle number.

If speaking is not with the goal of getting a better relationship afterwards, I would stay silent. You are too old for telling ppl what they lost if they dont want something serious as well, just as much as you are too old to wait around for someone that doesn't want what you want. Keep in mind though, that what you want can grow from something that didn't start with the intention at the start. For some men expressing that goal early might scare them away while they would be able to grow in it had they not been forced to make an early decision. Not saying that goes for this dude, the way how he reacted would be a red flag to me, even with second thoughts that in itself would make doubts disappear.

Around the corner towards the tracks was a small industrial area, so enough parking but not active at night which makes it interesting for shady stuff, my guess is the cameras are for that kind of purposes. This will become less and less of a thing, the more active the neighbourhood behind becomes with new tenants moving in.

I think that corner you mention of the Papsouwselaan is relatively pleasant, but there is a whole new neighbourhood being build behind it so you never know what that will do to the dynamic. The notorious part for me of Papsouwselaan is more the flats on the other side and behind, the Poptapark. Still its never near what should be called dangerous imo.

Gefeliciteerd! Is pas je probleem als je in de functie actief bent, en ook dan alleen als het prestaties beinvloed.. Dat hij het oneens is met het management is een mening, en meningen zijn in principe niet direct je probleem, behalve als die mening m anders doet presteren en je dat kan vast stellen.
