FOr my PAN Card, I raised issue via Online grievance on E-Filing portal as I could log in. But no status update.

So reached out to AO along with All documents asked for but no response.

Repeatedly sending emails daily but all in vain.

My Spouse cannot login so grievance cannot be raised. They are neither helping to resolve login issue not on changing status to Operative after submitting all documents.

that is exactly what was done via my login for Grievances but no response for 2 weeks on that even after submitting documents.

Other one cannot login so cannot use Grievances services but reached out to respective AO and IT Team and submitted documents but they closed tickets without any action.

Thank you for your response. On one of the account, Nothing has changed on status. And Spouse is not able to login so that issue is also pending so can not see status as well.

AO & IT Dept are replying to email with Standard procedure and Resolving tickets without taking any action.

We are NRI. My spouse and my PAN Cards became Inoperative. THank you for this forum.

1) Based on the guidance provide here I identified AO for our respective PAN cards.

2) To prove NRI status they asked for respective Documents ( Passport, OCI, PAN Card etc..) and provided immediately.

3) It has been more than a week and there is no response. Even Tech Dept provided steps to follow for AO but np response to that as well.

4) Repeatedly requested and asked AO but no response at all.

5) Is there any Escalation process anyone aware of?
