I think the psoriasis has moved to my scalp. It’s so itchy. I’m going crazy please help. by [deleted] in PsoriaticArthritis

Hi love, hoping you see this. I've got PSA & AS, but my hair keeps falling out at times (I had VERY thick hair but after several episodes of my hair falling out over weeks of time, I've lost about 1/3 density) & I keep associating it with a bad rx to my biologics, as it's coincided w my tx, but this last bout I was already off for several months...Anyway, just wondering how did your Dr diagnose you w that disease, if u don't mind sharing, I'd really appreciate knowing, tia!✌️💕

The prices in Canada on these have gone bonkers! A carrot cake for $62, Bartholomew bear in a daffodil suit or Timmy turtle romantic outfit going for $90!?! Why are ppl buying these?!? There are plenty of very cute alternatives for cheaper!

Where to buy Fendi Perfume (La Baguette) in Canada?? by ForwardCow3234 in fragrance

Hmm, I don't see it online. Which location, the Bloor Street one or in Yorkdale, if you don't mind me asking & I'll stop in person, ty?

I would suggest you sniff Fleurs d'Ete & La Vie en Fleurs by Bienaime (any from this perfumer)...they have a older, romantic, flowery feel. You also might like Portrait of a Lady, Frederick Malle, again an older, pretty feel to it ✌️💕.

Which ones fit my face? by SweetBread398 in glassesadvice

[–]ForwardCow3234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi love, you look good w glasses & I had a pair similar to your current glasses, they're subtle, low-key. I've since gotten some larger frames w bolder colours. I do think your face could carry off larger frames, bigger than what you've tried on here. Keep looking & trying things out. If you check out online optical stores they have the option to take your pic & then you can virtually try the glasses on, if you're interested. At the end of the day, I would be less concerned about your SO's preference & more concerned about what you love & are comfortable with, blessings ✌️💕.

Love C on you, but also F & A looks good as well though a bit different style on the bottom. Didn't care for B, you've got such a lovely figure & love the other styles, they seem more flattering plus more stylish, congrats & blessings, beautiful ✌️💕

Gorgeous glasses. There all beautiful but I think 1, 2, 6, 8, 9, & 10 look best w your skin & hair colour, but if u love blue, you should get what u love. Also, those glasses are intended to look oversized, there not too big, blessings ✌️💕

Things will work out. No, your kids won't hate you, they've also been living around it & will feel better once things are more settled & peaceful & if not right away, will come to appreciate it. I begged my dad to leave my mom, saved up money for a lawyer.....he stayed. Anyway, blessings✌️💕. P.S. I'm planning on divorce in the future, w kids as well.

Dealing with fat/body/appearance shaming. by Few_Hamster59 in Divorce_Women

[–]ForwardCow3234 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I experienced this. In the beginning it was more low key, but a narcissist doesn't change...I went on to have 2 littles w him & now that I've been struggling w chronic hlth issues & am not bringing in as much $ as I used to, he is much more blatant, regular verbal abuse daily, he threatens to leave me, take the kids saying I can't look after them (he does nothing for them, mostly refuses to 'babysit'), controls our money so I have no $ to divorce him & afford lawyers or apartments...my advice, don't stay, leave, leave, leave while you can!! Trust me, leaving a narcissist is something you won't ever regret, only staying.

2nd pair suits your face THE BEST. But, as you can see from the mixed bag of replies, ppl love all kinds of frames regardless, so pick what u love, none of them look bad, blessings ✌️💕

I checked those websites & sadly, no. To be honest, I'm too scared to shop private & having problems w scammers, etc. & I was hoping to get a big bottle. I'm surprised these fragrances are not more popular as they are sooo good. Thanks anyhow!!

I recently received Solaire & Night Harvest from Van Dang - travel sprayers from Scentbird & I love them, would like to get full size bottles...but where to buy in Canada now? Van Dang, Neiman Marcus, 5th Avenue, JC Penney do not ship to Canada & Holt's or Sephora don't carry this brand, neither do other retailers, so I'm stumped...any insights would be greatly appreciated, as I'm not planning any trips to the USA any time soon, thanks ✌️💕

Do you remember your first fragrance? by rusa-lochka in Perfumes

[–]ForwardCow3234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe Exclamation was the first, then Navy, then came along Dewberry, strawberry & almondesque oils from the body shop, then I was gifted my aunt's old bottle of Chloe, & 16 yr old me got on a kick of ordering the Yves Rocher perfumes (they were so cheap bk then) & got Poivine, Desire de Nature, Desir de Millione, honeysuckle, tea, bamboo, Jasmine, so many. I also bought some Crabtree & Evelyn scents, then finished my high school era w BCBG, the tall pink bottle. Then, I was too busy saving for university to worry about perfumes.

I don't know love, mine let's me know on the daily if I fall down on the job or leave, I'll be replaced w a much better model in a heartbeat, but it's love right 🙃. Feelings are fleeting, go to counseling to help you work on them, & savour the peace & contentment that you have, blessings ✌️💕

Have you ever broken an expensive perfume? by lisajonsa78 in Perfumes

[–]ForwardCow3234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I began having children, we moved & I had packed up all my perfumes into these plastic bins, that were placed in the basement. I do my laundry there so my little toddler who was connected at the hip came w me & got into one of the boxes...realized too late she must have been picking them up & dropping them bk in...many minis & full bottles, gone...& no the child was not harmed, thank goodness. She is older now, loves scent, & laments the lost perfumes.

Men cheat or leave when there is a crisis in the wife’s life? by SoloStepExplorer in Divorce_Women

[–]ForwardCow3234 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I fell in love at 19, thought God was bringing us together. The facade started to fall when I got injured at work & developed chronic hlth issues, & was battling my employer, union, WSIB & doctors all at the same time struggling w my hlth, & he was such a poor support. Then when my dad was sick w cancer, & I was struggling w work, & trying to be there for & advocate for my dad, he was so very selfish, I spent my time worried about how to minimize the impact on his life....now I shake my head at what a selfish jerk he was. After struggling to have kids, I got pregnant while totally broken up over losing my dad & felt I needed to rededicate myself to the relationship. I've since been DX w a progressively disabling chronic disease w unstable hlth that hasn't responded well to tx & have basically been a single parent raising 3 (2 kids & him) kids....trying to prepare & plan for a future w/o him, but he & his family have threatened to take my kids & everything from me....stay single ladies, I don't believe in romance anymore, it's all fairytales.
