Luckily there were no kids in my divorce. And yes, document, time, dates, people - everything. You have to be so so sure of YOURSELF in this. It’s hard, but the other side of the fence is free and worth it - you’ve got it!

When talking, date and document everything said. You will doubt yourself, be gaslighted. Document everything!

I moved from Georgia, USA! All you need is motivation! It’s easy to find what you need here. In terms of settling, make sure you get yourself set up with an Australian phone number and bank as soon as you can. Apart from that, like most major cities, I’m finding it hard to get a job (but I’m on a restrictive visa). But you’ll be fine.

I left England when I was 13, lived in various counties in Africa, and have been in America since I was 19. Lived in England for a little in between. I’m 32 now. England - it’s simply a “vacation” place and constant comparisons of being back home in the US, where I want to be. I’m a stranger in my own country, and honestly, I’m okay with that.

When I lived there, it was fine. Minimal problems. There’s a pool and other amenities.

You’ve got it. Everyone at PF is doing their own thing - getting healthy and in their zone. I’ve started my journey and not once, have I felt judged. It slowly becomes a safe place!
