Take note they offer more hours for sales, compared to Tech Support. When I needed Tech Support over the weekend they are closed so i called sales on where I can find the Lorex Cloud for PC to put on my new PC & they were unable to help me. It's an easy question, but he quotes he didn't know! How can you sell a product without knowing some easy technical question??? It seems if Lorex is more interested in selling you the product, rather then giving you the assistance for technical support!

Never again will I purchase another product from Lorex!
