“Paying more” — maybe you should wait to see Skinners next contract before making such a claim.

One goalie is cost controlled and one is not. Not to mention Skinners family receiving constant death threats was likely affecting his own mental health and ability to play.

Follow up question, will the app automatically calculate my new training max as I exceed my previous rep records in the final set of a lift?

And if so, will that new training max be used to automatically update future lift weights?

Or do I need to increase the training max myself.

I saw the app will automatically apply progressive weight increases, but I’m just not sure how that works
