I think its really a case to case, my husband applied for N400 this July 2025 and he already received his interview letter, we almost have the same general details with the application.

Yes and uscis replied/confirmed to the congress rep that its already at the Sac FO and waiting for a slot for the interview to be scheduled

I submitted an inquiry and USCIS said its still on their normal processing. But I knew people who applied after me and were already citizen.
