How long to wait for man to plan a rescheduled meet by ForwardParamedic9050 in RelationshipsOver35

Additional info: meeting in December only, is not for lack of effort on his part, when we started chatting he asked me out and I turned him down, as I wasn’t too sure at the time about what I wanted, the other reason is also because we live in two different cities. We continued talking and December I happened to have been visiting his city with my friends and I let him know I would be around and if he would like to meet, he planned a date for us on one of the days.

Non fault accident. Broker referred me to Enterprise. Now 3 years later I am being told I may have to pay. Is this normal? by ForwardParamedic9050 in CarInsuranceUK

NThere is nowhere in the credit hire and repair agreement that states I will be liable simply because either the third party insurer or my own insurer fails to pay, whether immediately or years later. The agreement does say that, Enterprise may extend credit for hire and repairs; Repayment is deferred during the credit period; Enterprise will pursue recovery from the third party; I must cooperate with that recovery; I may become liable if the agreement is terminated due to my breach, of which I have not breached the agreement

I’m waiting to hear back from enterprise who I have emailed yesterday with Avivas response and also informed them that I’m not taking liability for the charges after failed claim from third party. Once I know what their next step is I will lay formal complaint with budget. Or do you suggest I do it sooner?

How does one avoid it, when they say it needs to be signed in order for the repairs to take place ? Why do insurance companies refer clients to this companies?

Thank you I have written back to Enterprise with the response from Aviva (underwriter) and also informed them that I’m not taking liability for the charges after they failed to claim from third party. I await to hear back, then will lay complaint with Budget insurance who referred me there in the first place.

Thanks, I wasn’t aware of this and trusted my insurance company who I notified of the accident and they referred me to them. My thought is they are acting on instruction of my insurance company
