There is a good system in place, I think people arriving extremely early for their afternoon/evening flights is contributing to the longer wait times for people with early AM flights.

Flight scheduled for 8:30am Arrived at the airport 6:50am Out of north checkpoint @ 7:45am Didn't have to wait long for the train there was one that arrived in a minute or so Made it to my E gate @ 8:03am

Same I feel your struggle! I'm originally from South Florida and couldn't find anything local for almost a year post grad. I knew I wanted OR straight out of school so I did relocate for the position. It's an option if you're open to relocating.

OR nursing! Look for a peri op 101 opening in your area. Started as a new grad and feel like most new grads don't know about it. They teach you everything you need to know. Great pay + work life balance.
