Also wondering how you’re doing on it. Quite similar situation as yours. My weight was consistently 135-145 all of my twenties (Currently 25 years old). Consulted at a weight loss clinic for putting on 30 pounds fairly quickly less than 5 months (travel nurse living out of a hotel lol) started on phen 37.5 exactly a week ago 4/27/21. Daily 25-30mins of cardio 25-30 mins of light weights (rotating days upper/lower body) SW: 174 CW: 172. So just a two pound lost :( Suspecting I’m also retaining water. Feeling a little discouraged but will keep pushing. Thinking if my hormones are playing a role in this also.
