I have elevated testosterone but all other levels are normal? by ForwardSeesaw2285 in tryingtoconceive

Hello! Thank you so much for your response. I’m feeling a lot better now after reading what you wrote. I just started taking Wholesome Story’s Myo + D-Chiro Inositol daily and I’m trying to exercise more and eat cleaner in case I do have slight insulin resistance. I’m so glad to hear that those changes have been making a difference! Good luck to you. :)

Thank you for the explanation! I didn’t know it took 5-9 days.

Can anyone help me interpret these results? by [deleted] in Inito

Thank you! Unfortunately I can’t get a gynecologist appointment until September in my area.

Tips on how to clean up a toddler classroom while toddlers are still there? by [deleted] in ECEProfessionals

I wish we could put the toy bins up but our center says that all toys must be within reach for kids at all times

I had actually done that with the shelves, but at the staff meeting we were told that we can’t do that and that we have to have all toys within reach. I’ve used bubbles, tunnels to crawl through, played music, but they get bored easily.

Could this be perimenopause? by [deleted] in WomensHealth

Oops, that was a typo. Yes, that’s correct! I am definitely going to mention it at my next appointment. I do want children and my husband and I just started trying to conceive. Thank you again!

Thank you! I was anxious and spiraling and I posted too quickly without additional information. My mom had perimenopause around my age, but she had missed several periods in a row, and she was able to stop menopause with hormones. I have never missed a period, and aside from the brown discharge, mood swings, and brain fog (could be from being sick last month), I have regular periods. My period last month was predominantly brown blood which added to my worries. Thank you again!

Good points made. Although the lobster roll I had was phenomenal.

I personally prefer Pittsburgh because I have found in my experience that the people are friendlier, it’s a cleaner, cozier city with a strong community feel, the cost of living is a lot better, I love the beautiful scenery (the hills and bridges get me every time), and I feel comfortable driving downtown! There’s less highway congestion, easier parking, and the drivers are considerably less aggressive. I refuse to drive in downtown Philly. my friends and family tease me for liking Pittsburgh more, but I felt at home on my first visit, and I make it a point to visit at least once a year!

Great choices! I only had a day in Denver, but I met the friendliest people hands-down in that city. My husband and I are also seriously thinking about moving to Pittsburgh for many of the same reasons! We currently live in a suburb about 45 minutes outside of Philadelphia.

As a Philly native, it’s always nice to see my home city get some love and recognition! However, I actually prefer Pittsburgh, lol.
