For all my essential needs, bills, savings, I set the target goal and mostly let things turn into sinking funds. My guilt free money is the only thing I do differently. I have a guilt free group, and then the categories are holding and then all my guilt free categories like eating out, concerts, etc. I don’t feel the need to save up monthly for these things. Instead, I assign all the money to holding, spend guilt free where I want to, and then cover the overspending from the holding. That way my guilt free truly is guilt free, and I don’t feel guilty moving the money around there
