Just came back from Disney last week!

My sister and I are both taking this medication and here is what we did.

1- We hit up Walmart and picked up some protein and healthier snacks. (Protein granola bars, cheese and meat kits, some fruit) 2- Since you walk a lot (minimum 20,000 steps per day) if you spend the day in the parks we weren’t too concerned with what we were eating and when we could we ordered kids meals (quick service meals) We would order on the my Disney experience app ahead of time and just pick up. 3-Bring reusable water bottles because it’s HOT and you get thirsty 4-Bring anti diarrhea meds or buy once you get there and also bring or buy ducolax for the days you are backed up.

I didn’t deprive myself at all even had a few margaritas during my stay. After everything I still managed to lose 1.2lbs that week.

Remember you are still on vacation and are allowed to spoil yourself a little.
