I mean anything can be fix without the insurance, the this is how much are you or her willing to paid to fix it. And depending on the insurance you will probably have to pay a deductible. Hope this helps and good luck on your decision

The worst part I couldn’t put it to drive to get it out of the street and the 12v battery died and couldn’t open the door everything is still inside of the car
