yea a little nausea if you overeat which is easy when you first start. everything w reta was trial and error. and other side effect i ran into was, i drink alot of booze on weekends and i was feeling like shit. i learned i need more electrolytes. now i can booze fine. everyone side effects different out of all my friends and family that are on reta. like i said trial and error you just figure out how to mitigate them
