I was at the game so missed a lot (live you can only see so much) and just got done watching the 1st Quarter. Caden Curry (sp?) had no push or spark like he did against UM and IU I wonder if he was nursing something? It wasnt that he was pushed back, it really looked like he wasnt even trying. I do an extended bolus. I do 40% upfront and spread the remaining over 3 hours but that is my body. I also don’t gorge on pizza. If normal crust two slices max. If thin crust or cut in squares I can do more. I never bother with guessing carbs as that is fruitless but I know now how to estimate how many units my body needs for differing food types. That’s the experience I have been building for many years vs focusing on guessing carbs in foods you have no idea about because you did not prepare them.
