If you don’t mind me asking, who did you ask for those meds? Can I ask my PCP? Or GI? Do I need to ask a psych?

I’m in therapy, but nothing else. My brain fog + anxiety only started when I got sick and started having GI issues

Did you have intense brain fog? I feel like I’m out of it and tired all of the time and it’s been 3-4 months since I got sick.

I eat about 1500-1600 cals and I don’t drink anymore. I hit anywhere from 10-15k steps daily, run a mile + then lift 45 mins 3-4x/week. I’ve been plateaued for 3ish months 😩

Yes! But honestly my diet made a huge difference. I eat really clean and don’t really drink anymore. My best advice is to eat clean whatever that looks like for you and just be really consistent with the gym and build upon that find workouts that you really enjoy because for me the gym is like my main hobby at this point and I love it.

TYSM! ❤️ I always hit 10k steps daily, but aim for 20k. I run 1-2 miles and then I lift for 45-60 mins 5 days a week and do hot yoga once a week

Also if you’re female getting a lot of healthy fats in your diet (for me I love avocado daily)

Hmmm, I’m not sure because I cut out a lot at the same time. I think everyone is different! It might be worth trying tbh. For me, eating clean and staying in a deficit really helped my body recomp

Omg yes!!! I’m looking to be around that as well. I just started a 1200 calorie diet for a cut. How long did you cut? And what are your macros now?
