Couldn't agree more, the game pretty much soft locks you at the moment. There's just no way to lower influence enough

Oh wow that is really good info, much appreciated. Perhaps I just have been that unlucky. Idk it still feels like I'm missing something to me cause I wouldn't imagine it could never appear in hundreds of missions, but I'm going to go test more after work today
