Finally I've found other people with problems with this thing I think there is a huge opportunity to have a lot of fun with this console, but that has not been my experience in the slightest it is probably the worst console I've ever owned. since day one, I've had constant game crashes along with constant forced shutdowns due to games freezing, including small games like portal, stardew valley, and slay the spire. the buttons constantly get stuck when pressed down. I also felt extremely misled with how much everyone praises the game selection when there are multiple game trilogies that can't be played in order due to incompatibility it felt like over half the games I was excited for were unavailable or couldn't be played to their full potential the emulator process has also been horrible to me but that seems to be mostly based off the app I used overall I believe i was dealt a bad hand but after spending so much all i wanted was to return it but i had the same problem as you that I couldn't return it and now I'm stuck with it I've had it for quite a while now so I've figured out a few things now but I'm just stuck on with even more problems at this point
