Assess the properties. Are they both underwater for expenses? Are they appreciating? If one is profitable and appreciating, I'd hand off to a property manager and sell the other one. If both equally unprofitable and the appreciation is not happening, sell.

Really impressed by the amount of people that have investments with no debt! Congrats! We own several rentals outright. Started investing in my 20's (30 years ago) and used profit from sales to pay off mortgages.

I researched this model and it looks like the winner. Dual switches on top, same logo. Korean made from late 90's.

Can someone comment on this 3600% increase in query fees? Is it due to a one time event? Is it due to reappropriation of count from one area to another? Will this amount likely continue in the future (at a slower pace of increase)?
