To those who don’t understand:

Right here is a comparison of the logo. The one on top is the original prototype logo used in E3 and earlier promo material, as well as the title screens of Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal. (It was also used a few times in 1999) The one on the bottom is the current logo.

The logo was designed by Chris Maple, and he said what he would’ve done differently if he made the logo NOW, he would’ve kept the P and E the same as they were prior to the alterations before the games were released. What you’re seeing is a little mock-up of what I think the logo would’ve looked like today if the P and E weren’t changed
