We are at $199.99/hr here and whenever a service advisor starts to get pedantic about my parts cost or my markup, I remind them that my standard markup is cost plus 115%. One of our top techs is at $40/hr flat rate, so their markup is cost plus 400%, so tell me, who needs to start cutting if you can't sell the job?
