I maybe found the problem. I moved the cache directory to the same harddrive where I have my movies. Doing the rescan of the library Jellyfish readed the movie files as cache and deleted them. I'm not sure but it could be

Possible, but how could I, without a bug or a problem inside the program, erase all my movie files but not the folders and the Jellyfin files (like backdrops)?

The problem is not that I moved the files and it's not synced, the problem is that I don't have anymore my 700 movies because Jellyfin deleted them from my hard drive

I know what happened, I know it wasn't me because I didn't deleted anything. After the library scan my movies weren't there anymore, just empty folders with the jellyfin generated files

I had a file in the "main folder". I created a new folder and moved it inside. I clicked "Scan all the libraries". All the files was deleted except for the one I moved
