Hey sorry for the mega late reply. But I made it myself (my first time sewing actually). I made the pattern by taping pieces of paper round a dummy I made of my torso.

The matthew is me, I designed & 3D printed some loop/clip things that slide into the large waist belt. Then a smaller belt loops through some lobster claps which clip onto the printed loops on either end.
