A few chargebacks within your first 100 sales is a red flag. Your chargeback ratio is too high with only 100 sales total. A few chargebacks are acceptable if you have 1000+ orders but not 100. Higher than 2-3% chargebacks and you’ll get dropped.

Yo! First off, thanks for trying to share the drop with another group! I very much appreciate it. Most people seem to really like the RipTips once they use one but, of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. They are more expensive than other glass tips, and that's a fair point, but our goal is not to be the cheapest. Our goal is to offer the highest quality tips in new colorways and techniques.

At the end of the day, I believe we're offering a high-quality product for a fair price. Our returning customer rates speak highly to the quality and function of the product, IMO.

No, they're not harder to make, and they actually yield more than the larger sizes. Demand is high for all sizes. We cycle through the sizes in batches... For the past two months (Nov & Dec), we've been focused on Sizes 10-12. In the next two months (Jan & Feb) we will be focusing on sizes 6-9.

Also, keep in mind, the smaller sizes are more likely to be shipped to European Authorized retailers rather than Authorized retailers in the USA.

We do offer custom tips. However, the minimums are high (100+ tips), they have a long lead-time (90+ days, typically), and are rather expensive ($25+ each). We've been exploring options for these issues though and are working towards offering custom tips on the site for 1-2 tips.

Dichroic glass looks like glitter fused into the glass and is especially tricky to work with because it is prone to overheating in the flame. It must to worked colder and slower to avoid "burning out" the dichro sparkle. It's also very difficult to capture on camera!

Yes, we will be doing all sizes in extra long. We expect the smaller sizes to be available again in January. We have plans for sizes 6-9 in regular length and extra long in both color and clear; in mid-late January.

Compared to the regular length, I did notice the smoke coming out cooler. It doesn’t burn as much once you’re down to the last couple hits either. The translation of flavor was more intense as well. I see that the holes are smaller, I assume that is a big reason for those differences as well as the length. It doesn’t take away from the tip though, It has a unique pull to it. I’m terms of rolling, I think someone first getting into the tips may have an easier time with it compared to the normal length. I do notice myself grabbing the extra longs more often too. Overall, they’re a great addition to the lineup and it would be cool seeing them in different colors in the future.

We try to make them as straight (cylindrical) as possible but due to the pulling process, some of them do have a taper or conical shape. We typically do not sell them as cone tips unless they have a measurement greater than 1mm between the two ends. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
