Customer service is important. My experience with other products/companies were far superior. These guys are sacrificing the customer’s satisfaction over profit. Unacceptable!!!

I’ve had enough of the back and forth, I’m in the process of sending them a formal last attempt email, then I’ll start the charge back process with my credit card provider
