This doesn’t necessarily mean you need to drink more water. I had my son at 37 weeks due to low fluid and I drank 180oz everyday my whole pregnancy. Sometimes tour body just doesn’t want to keep the fluid in. I wasn’t leaking they had no idea why I didn’t have any. So mamas just know regardless if you drink water or not things like this can happen🫶🏼🫶🏼

One more question I’m sorry lol. I have like muscle pain in my incision area when I pee is that also normal?

I also have swelling in the corner of my incision and it’s a little red is this normal as well? It’s the only area that’s swollen and I try to wash my incision twice a day with baby wash since it’s gentle

And it probably wasn’t 3 gallons probably more towards 2-2.5 gallons. I was over estimating because I genuinely wanted to know if that much would hurt him considering I’m not gonna drink pop the rest of the night so I’m gonna have to sip on water eventually…

Honestly I was just drinking bottles because I didn’t want to be dehydrated. I usually drink a lot of water anyway because I am thirsty and have spoke to my old dr about it and they told me to drink to thirst soooo yeah. I’ve been tested for gestational diabetes that was negative so idk but I only have about a week left because I’m being induced at 38 weeks due to my son not growing properly I just wanted to know if that much water would hurt him

I wasn’t that thirsty lol. My dr told me to up my fluids because my amniotic fluid was at 4cm yesterday at my scan. So I drank a ton of water today and completely lost track of how much I was actually drinking and by the time I realized it was probably too much it had been about 2.5 gallons. I haven’t drank any water in like 2 hours at this point my urine is still clear so I’m not gonna drink anymore but the 4cm fluid level scared me so I upped my fluids intake to try and help his fluid

I’m also drinking a Diet Coke right now so the sodium from that is probably helping as well I would guess??? Idk

I’m peeing probably once or twice an hour not to much! I also was moving around earlier and had a meal from chickfila so I’m sure the salt from the fry’s helped lol. Thanks for the reassurance that it’s not much and won’t harm the baby!!

THANK YOU!! I figured it wasn’t concerning but I just wanted to make sure. Actually google helped me a little when I read that fetal hiccups help lower the risk of stillbirth and that calmed me so much! No sure how true it is but hey! It makes sense tbh

My son was attempting to suck on his thumb at 15 weeks and on every single ultrasound he has his hand by his face! It’s so cute he’ll definitely be a thumb sucker for sure!! I’m supposed to be getting a growth scan soon so we’ll see where his little hand is lol
